    We are looking for an experienced, creative, innovative, and hands-on digital analytics expert to be a key driver in B2B and B2C e-commerce growth. The Manager will lead the digital analytics practice, delivering measurement & optimization of Digital Marketing & e-commerce across Intermex’s platforms. Additionally, they will support the development and expansion of our digital B2B processing business.

     

     

     

    The Manager will be responsible for analyzing the performance of all of Intermex’s digital properties, including site optimizations and performance using A/B & Multivariate testing, customer experience enhancements through new mobile and web features and functionality, and campaign analysis to support a continuous improvement philosophy with the digital products and customer experience for Intermex’s customers.

    The ideal candidate would bring a passion for learning, testing and data-informed decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with a consideration for all aspects of the customer experience - from front-end web experience through order fulfillment and customer service. This role will report into the Director – E-commerce and Strategy as part of the broader Marketing organization and will collaborate with various parties in the company including the VP of Sales Operations, key executives, directors and managers, and various internal and external team members as needed.

    This is a startup business unit and as such you will need to be hands on with the day-to-day activities.

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analysis and Tracking – Provide analysis and tracking of web and mobile key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations on site optimization. Define a consistent test & learn approach to increase performance of sites and campaigns while partnering with the e-commerce Director to build, track and lead campaigns to ensure proper tracking, engagement, and downstream improvements based on results. Define proper site tagging strategy across the digital touchpoints to ensure the best-in-class information to run analysis with the eventual goal of developing a complete customer journey reporting to understand movement throughout the sales funnel.
    • Marketing Optimization – Drive data driven decisions and forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models. Define testing hypothesis based on data and behavioral economics, create forecasts and test using operational and statistical tools and models; translate into experiments with actionable conclusions. Define, test, and run ongoing experiments of the key digital value proposition components (price, elements of the landing page, etc.) that affect purchase decision to continually launch and optimize Intermex’s digital offering.
    • E-commerce Transactions – Work with Director to drive e-commerce revenue by improving conversion rates and increasing the number of online transactions, while leveraging digital assets to drive efficiencies across the customer lifecycle. Develop, monitor, refine, and communicate clear KPI objectives related to e-commerce transactions based on rigorous quantitative analysis, data science, and marketplace insight.
    • Reporting – Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports (KPIs and dashboards) with actionable conclusions to drive the improvement in both forecasting and yield, enhancing MROI and enabling the assessment of new business opportunities for Intermex. Develop a keen understanding of all sources of customer data and optimize how data is effectively utilized across the organization. Working collaboratively with other members of the marketing team, develop and socialize monthly reports and ad hoc requests from the senior leadership team and internal partners/peers that monitor and showcase e-commerce results, behaviors, insights and trends and provide a benchmark for actionable insights. Share analytical insights and play role of analytics expert in multiple settings

    Job Requirements

    • Ecommerce Experience – 3+ years of recent experience in an analytical role supporting an online business or online retail channels at scale and developing plans to drive that business.
    • Platforms – Exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Remarketing. Solid knowledge of Customer Review Platforms, Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing Campaigns, A/B Testing, and SEO / SEM.
    • Analytics – Must have experience with Python or R. An understanding of analytical processing including data management, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling, and visualization. Tableau experience a plus. Must have familiarity with statistical concepts including statistical significance testing, test duration & impact sizing, and multivariate testing. Experience handling big query data.
    • Must have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other web development concepts
    • Comfortable with diversity and complexity (culturally aware)
    • Organized and attention-to-detail approach (strong tactical execution) with experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.

    • Commercial savvy (keen understanding of P&L & financial analysis). Must have strong general business acumen; you are an analytics guru with a savvy business mind.
    • BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of experience in client side eCommerce product design, development and management. MBA or Masters in a marketing or quantitative discipline a major plus.
    • Spanish/English Bilingual necessary
