Overview

Intermex has an opportunity in our Headquarters located in Miami, FL. We are searching for a detailed and dedicated Agent Development Representative (Inside Sales) is an who would be responsible for achieving sales objectives and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with agents and partners. Working in a team environment, the Agent Development Representative is an inside sales position in Miami, Florida, responsible for achieving sales objectives and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with agents and partners.  Interacts with existing Intermex customers, by phone, to increase profit margin and quality of agent transactions, through our products and/or services.  Works with team members in the field in order to provide sales support to customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively works with Districts and Sales team to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with agents and partners, which includes pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Achieves/exceeds monthly sales GM objectives by increasing profit margin and quality of agent transactions.
  • Growth and retention of existing customers through pro-active solution-selling activities.
  • Assist outside sales teams from headquarters office.
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining the call incident agent sheet, and for keeping Inside Sales Manager up to date with newly activated agents and current agent decliners, within their assigned territory.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Must have great follow-through skills, and an aggressive mentality.
  • Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment.
  • Bilingual Skills required: Spanish and English with solid written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • 2 + years of proven sales experience.
  • Similar experience such as prepaid card services experience (Telephone cards, credit cards, etc.) or Outbound and/or Inbound Phone Sales, Telesales may be considered based on experience and network.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
