Overview

Intermex Wire Transfer, a leading provider of money transfer services in the U.S. to Latin America, has an opportunity to join its Sales Team as an Regional Sales Director. We are searching for a driven, results oriented, energetic Regional Sales Director to focus on establishing Sales Targets, and Strategic Sales Plans in order to obtain maximum company revenue and optimal sales force productivity.  Responsibilities include planning, target setting and management, sales process optimization, sales compensation design and administration.  The Regional Sales Director is also responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization by creating a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.   

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Hire and develop sales staff
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
  • Compile information and  data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

Qualifications

  • Must have great follow-through skills, and an aggressive mentality.
  • Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish with solid written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field preferred
  • 10 + years of proven sales experience, with 5+ years of sales leadership experience
